In early summer, the Jacaranda tree enters its full bloom. The streets and alleys are filled with a sea of lavender flowers, adding a fresh and romantic atmosphere to Xiamen. The blooming period of Jacaranda is relatively short, usually from April to May. Citizens and tourists are encouraged to seize the opportunity to take photos.

原产南好意思洲巴西

我市西浦路、华荣路、龙山中路、金榜路、莲前西路，以及园博苑、南湖公园、中猴子园、忠仑公园等均有培植蓝花楹。
The Jacaranda tree generally reaches a height of 15 meters. It is originated in Brazil in South America and was later introduced to China as an ornamental tree. It is planted on Xipu Road, Huarong Road, Longshan Middle Road, Jinbang Road, and Lianqian West Road in Xiamen, as well as in Xiamen Horticulture Expo Garden, Nanhu Park, Zhongshan Park, and Zhonglun Park.
